Crossways Commercial Park provides industrial and logistics space in a prominent location next to the River Thames in Dartford, London.

We were appointed by Goodman to deliver a Visual Impact Assessment and landscape masterplan to accompany the planning application for phase 2 at Crossway Commercial Park. Planning approval was successfully achieved and we continue to provide detailed design information for the tender and construction phases including the creation of break out spaces which are designed to enhance biodiversity in this urban setting in a sensitive location next to the river.
